We helped them create a strategy to forthrightly address negative comments from critics. We began by researching the public issues and interviewing members of the executive team to get a broader perspective on the impact of the trends. We drafted talking points and strategy positions. We then held training sessions for the leadership and sales teams that included scenarios and role playing.
