His extended family lives across the United States, in Africa, and soon, South America.
You can’t talk about Joe without bringing up sports. In fact, you can’t talk to Joe without sports coming up. Football, soccer, tennis, basketball — yet all are a distant second to his passion sport, baseball. Captain of the Lassiter High School baseball team. Iron Owl winner at Kennesaw State University. Head coach of a 14u baseball team out of East Cobb. He lives and breathes the game.
Joe also has a keen interest in learning about different cultures, Colombian culture to be specific. His beautiful fiancé, Nazly Susa, gets credit for that. Whether they are floating down the Amazon River to stay with a tribe in the Rain Forest or watching the sun set in Boothbay Harbor, ME, the couple embraces all travel.
Coach or co-worker, Tio or traveler. It’s not easy to label this guy. Day-to-day Joe wears many hats for CMC and beyond. Whether he’s in work clothes or baseball gear (truth: He sometimes changes in the car on the way to practice), he is one committed man.
